With direct leadership experience in higher education public safety, Coach Kim understands the unique demands placed on command staff and executive teams responsible for both people and public trust.

Coach Kim holds executive-level certifications from the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Institute and Brown University School of Professional Studies, where she is certified in Leadership Professional Coaching and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She is also a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), bringing both evidence-based methodology and practical leadership application to her work.

A former Global Senior Human Capital Management Consultant, she has led initiatives focused on executive performance architecture, leadership transitions, cultural alignment, and the development of accountability systems that support sustainable performance in high-stakes environments.
